1. Who you are dealing with

garnexia.com is operated by ULTRAMARCH INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED, trading as Garnexia, a company registered in Hong Kong with its registered office at Room 2, 3/F, Ruby Commercial Building, No. 480 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Contact: info@garnexia.com.

2. Using this site

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Do not misuse the site, try to access it without permission or interfere with its operation.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Sizes and weights are approximate and can vary by up to 1 cm, because canvas moves when it is printed and sewn. Each hanging is screen-printed by hand, so colour registration, ink edges and the texture of the canvas vary slightly between pieces, and screens show colours differently. The diagrams are decorative: star positions, rainfall bars and dial markings are invented and are not data. Room photographs are illustrative.

4. Prices

Prices are in US dollars, per hanging, as listed for each size. Shipping is charged at the rates in our Shipping policy and shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes, where a destination country charges them, are not included. If we list a price in error, we will tell you before we dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. You can cancel free of charge until your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; if we do, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through our checkout's payment processors. We do not see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you when we have received payment in full.

8. Returns and faults

You may return unused hangings within 30 days of delivery, and we will put right items that arrive damaged, misprinted or faulty, as set out in our Refund policy.

9. Use

Follow the care guidance on our Care & Materials page. Hang each piece from a nail or hook fixed securely into the wall, and keep the cord and dowels out of reach of young children. The hangings are decorative textiles and are not fire-retardant; keep them away from candles, heaters and open flames.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

11. Intellectual property

The designs, photographs and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. Buying a hanging does not give you the right to reproduce its design. Do not copy or reproduce them without permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
